This is Lisa's 9th year performing at the GB Charity Golf Classic.

Peter Vandermeer is a retired pro hockey player from Caroline ,Alberta. He is the oldest of six brothers who all played junior hockey in the WHL and or Junior A hockey in the AJHL and the BCHL. Pete played his junior hockey for the Red Deer Rebels. After that he played 15 years of professional hockey , mainly in the American Hockey League , where he played 12 seasons and ranks 3rd all time in penalty minutes. Just under 3000 PIMs. His pro career also include stops in Montreal, Philadelphia, and Phoenix in the NHL. After retiring from the Professional ranks, Pete played senior hockey for the last 10 years with Bentley and Innisfail of the Chinook Hockey League and Estonia of the Saskatchewan West League. Pete lives in Sylvan Lake, Alberta and owns and operates a firewood supply company , Vandermeer Ventures, with his wife Mandy.
